"Despite not speaking English or German, all the hotel staff, from the breakfast area to the front desk, were incredibly kind and made my stay very comfortable and stress-free. The location was absolutely perfect, right in front of the Opera House and Gewandhaus. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good spread of vegetables, fruits, fried and scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, bread, drinks, and mixed salads. My only minor suggestion would be to add three or four unique cooked dishes characteristic of Leipzig. I stayed for three nights, and I was informed there would be no room cleaning during that time. This meant I could go out sightseeing without having to worry about tidying up my room, which I found quite relaxing and convenient."
"The front desk had a very average attitude. When I asked her for disposable slippers (hotels in Germany don't provide them proactively, but if you need them, just let the front desk know and they will provide them), she replied with a poker face: ”We don't have them.” I asked three times, and she gave the same answer three times. Finally, after repeated communication, I called a colleague to send a pair.
The room is modern and simple, and it's OK. But, 1. There is no table. 2. There is no electric kettle"
"Has fulfilled our expectations while checking in a bonbon and drunk a glass of water, staff very nice, room equipment very good, multiple use the coffee machine, bed very soft, have very well sleeped, the aircon also run very quiet. We could park our car for free in front of the door. To walk just 10min walk to Hbf"

"Stayed at this hotel for the third time, the location, the view outside the window, the breakfast, were great.
But this time it was a bit disappointing. I don't know why the front desk lady said that I can't see the payment information, and insisted on letting me swipe the credit card to guarantee. I firmly disagree. The room was booked two weeks ago, how could the store have no payment information. If I pay for the second time, do I solve the refund again. Moreover, this lady has a speechless attitude, and she has a word repeatedly, leaving a credit card 😨
Special thanks to Ctrip customer service here, and actively helped at 5 pm on Sunday. awesome!
If this problem has always existed, it is recommended that you detour, and there are actually many choices for the surrounding hotels. If you encounter such a front desk, it will be very troublesome. I showed her the confirmation number of Trip.com. She said that she could not understand Chinese. Ctrip customer service emailed them, and the front desk said that there was no phone call.
Fortunately, I speak German, and I will not give her credit cards, and I will argue with the rest of them to solve the problem."
"The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service.
Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely.
The staff, especially at reception, is lovely.
There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards.
I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed.
There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious.
We appreciated the complimentary waters."
"Hotel service is particularly good, the front desk is very warm and friendly, the surrounding location is also very good, walking distance to the food street, the room is large, the health is very clean, the price is very high."
"Very friendly staff and easy check in. The hotel room was big and clean. For some people it may take some time to get used to the shower in the middle of the room. But I found it very cool."
"Locations is amazing, take train to Leipzig Markt and within a minute walk you are here!
There’s no hair dryer and towel in the room (I didn’t ask for it tho) so if you have super long hair I recommend being your own."
"The hotel room is modernly furnished. I personally missed a small refrigerator and a coffee/tea maker on the rooms. The spa area is very beautiful although the pool water is quite cold. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Cleanness is also good. However, personally, I have scared the extremely used feeding service. Such a feeding service to the guest is far from the management.
This needs to be urgently amended."

SShuchongdemaA nostalgic old-style hotel with a good location, very close to Leipzig Central Station, 5 minutes drive from Leipzig Zoo, and opposite a shopping mall, it is very convenient for eating and shopping. The breakfast variety is not very large but the quality is not bad, all kinds of bread, cheese, German sausage, cereal, mainly Western breakfast, there is a Chinese dim sum every day (siomai, shrimp dumplings, vegetarian dumplings). The hotel's underground parking lot is easy to find, but the entrance and exit are narrow, requiring skills, and paid parking (25 euros per day).

Nn_Close to train station and zoo, room to the backyard and quite
spacious, has fully equipped kitchen, but no hoover, with warning that one shall not produce smoke/steam, as the detector is directly connected to the fire station, and warms about fine it would cause.
Need to clean the kitchen, otherwise fine 50 euro.
Cleaning team needs better briefing and communication. Room door was opened by cleaning staff twice before check out time.
Free tea and coffee available at nice lobby lounge.

GGuest UserNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

GGuest UserThe hotel is new and spacious, clean, and the service is friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is close to tourist attractions. There is a large shopping mall, supermarket, and a restaurant across the street from the hotel, which is extremely convenient. The hotel is well managed and the staff can promptly meet the various needs of the residents. It is a good choice for high-quality tourist accommodation.
TtorinessThis property is in a great location in central Leipzig. An easy 10 minute walk from the central train station. Apartment was massive, modern, secure and very clean. No air conditioning though and we stayed in middle of summer - the room was very hot even with the plug in fan provided we were a little too warm. Also getting the access to the room is a little complicated but once we managed to get the information about how to check in (is all online), it was good. I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

LLinxianshengbeijingThis hotel is 300 meters south of the exit of Leipzig Central Railway Station. The transportation is very convenient. There is a commercial area nearby, and shopping is convenient. The hotel room is clean and quiet, but the room is not too big, the bed is relatively narrow, and there are no facilities such as kettles and refrigerators. The hotel room rate is more than 600 yuan per day. A 10-minute walk to the south of the hotel is St. Thomas Church, where the famous music master Bach served for 30 years. In front of the door stands a bronze statue of Bach. His tomb is in the church, and his former residence is opposite the church. For lovers of European classical music, this hotel is a good choice when traveling to Leipzig.

AAlexander WilhelmThe hotel in North Leipzig was well located near the trade fair. A sushi restaurant and a restaurant were right around the corner. The 24-hour reception was very beneficial.
AAndrea MazWe were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel.
Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.

Don’t hesitate….value for money!
